Among the duties of this position is furthermore to gather, analyse and process country action plans received from Field Officers (Outreach) and provide advice to Head of Unit on messages, outreach tools and cross cutting information campaigns needed to effectively engage identified national and local stakeholders. He/She also drafts and/or adapts the content of outreach tools as necessary. Also the successful candidate provides substantive support for policy coordination and evaluation of outreach strategies, including the review and analysis of emerging development issues and trends. Eligible candidates must hold an advanced university degree in Liberal Arts, Law, International Affairs, Human Rights, International Humanitarian Law, Gender studies, Social Communication, Journalism, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
