Web Editor Fellow (Dublin)

Front Line Defenders is offering a position as Web Editor Fellow (Dublin). Among the duties of this position is updating and maintaining all editorial areas of the website, including profiles, case histories, news, events, Take Action pages, and blogs. The successful candidate will also work on creating and maintaining human rights defender profiles, including sourcing quotes, photos, videos, news items, and other material to enhance defenders’ public profiles and build awareness of their work. Also the successful candidate will workon monitoring the status of human rights defenders’ cases and updating to reflect changes in their countries, cases, work, organisations and threats they face. She/He will have a Excellent communication skills in English, with clear, concise, and compelling writing skills. Web content management experience (CMS, HTML, Drupal), and familiarity with sub-editing web copy and uploading content in different online platforms are required to apply for this position. To apply for this position fluency is required in English. Knowledge of another language, preferably French, Russian or Arabic would be an advantage. The deadline for this vacancy is 25. July 2016.

Program Intern Fall 2016

CHANGE is currently hiring a qualified Program Intern located in Washington DC. He/She will work with CHANGE’s Policy and Outreach Associate in implementing education and outreach activities. Additionally the successful candidate will assist the Director of Public Policy with research, maintaining congressional contacts and organizing events on the Hill. Also the successful candidate will support research efforts by assisting in the management and collection of relevant data. She/He will pursue or possess a BA or BS. GHC Development Intern

Global Health Corps is hiring a qualified GHC Development Intern. He/She will support in creating donor updates and related content. Additionally the successful candidate will assist with Strategic Partnerships team knowledge management including photos, video, and documents. Also the successful candidate will research on current and potential donors and grant opportunities. Eligible candidates must currently enrolled in a university or hold a university degree.
