The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is hiring several Project Associates to join their field team in various locations. The successful candidates will participate in the processing of refugee files in Iraq and other MENA countries for the United States Refugee Admissions Programme (USRAP). Additionally they will take part in processing trips, or “circuit rides ” on a temporary duty, or “TDY” basis. Project Associates must be ready, willing and able to travel to and work in temporary field operations primarily in Baghdad, Iraq, but also in other countries, and to pass all security and medical clearances required to work in those locations. Among the duties of the Project Associates is also to adhere to all security protocols and procedures and all circuit ride guidelines and procedures. The successfull applicants will have a Master ’s degree in Social Science, International Relations, Regional Studies or a related field from an accredited academic institution OR a University degree in the above fields with two years of relevant professional experience. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
