Earth Rights Defenders Coordinator

Earth Rights is looking for a qualified Earth Rights Defenders Coordinator based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The main duties of this vacancy include to help develop and implement program goals, strategies and work plans in line with ERI’s mission and strategic plan in consultation with the Mekong & Myanmar Programs Director. The successful candidate will also assist the Mekong and Myanmar Programs Director to assess physical, legal and digital risks to ERI staff and partners. Furthermore among the duties of this position is to assist the Mekong and Myanmar Programs and Campaigns Directors to report to the ERI Board and donors. The Coordinator must have 2-3 years or more experience and a demonstrated success working with human rights or environmental defenders, preferably in Southeast Asia are required to apply for this position. Junior Human Rights Consultant

Enact is looking for a qualified Junior Human Rights Consultant located in Sweden. He/She will support the evolving work in the Human Rights and Business Practice Group. Additionally the successful candidate will be conducting human rights research, critical analysis, web searches for relevant material, scan large amounts of documents for relevant information, develope recommendations, take notes at meetings, conduct interviews and support drafting of client proposals. The tasks of this position additionally include to be supporting other projects relating to sustainability and internal work. She/He will have a relevant academic degree with regards to human rights, for example law, public affairs, international relations, development studies and documented experience in human rights analytical work, preferably at least 2 years of practical experience working with human rights at a company, consulting firm, non-profit organisation, a government authority or other relevant institution are required to apply for this position.
