The Hague Academy of International Law is currently accepting applications for their Summer Courses. Two courses will be offered in 2017: one on public international law and one on private international law. The programs last for 3 weeks. Anyone who is interested in learning more about one of these two topics may apply for the program. Applicants must submit a copy of an ID, a proof of enrollment at a university or a written statement from their employers verifying that they are employed in a field related to international law. Scholarships will be awarded for students who have demonstrated financial need and a history of academic excellence. To be considered for a scholarship, students must submit a CV, a short letter describing their reasons for pursuing the scholarship and a letter of recommendation from a professor of international law. The deadline for applications is January 31, 2017.
