He/She will coordinate and ensure the successful implementation of existing CT in crisis projects, including timely delivery, quality control, and financial oversight. Additionally the successful candidate will contribute to the development of new CT in crisis projects and/or expand existing projects to address identified needs and gaps. Contribute CT in crisis components to broader protection or humanitarian projects as needed, in line with the relevant organizational policies and guidelines. Also the successful candidate will monitor and provide technical guidance to implementing partners delivering CT services on behalf of IOM.
She/He will have a Master’s degree in International Law, Development Studies, Political Science or a related field from an accredited academic institution with two years of relevant professional experience. Experience in managing teams, mentoring and delivering trainings and experience in project management and monitoring and evaluation are required to apply for this position.
