Scope of Work:

Selected experts will support UNDP country offices in programming on rule of law, security, and human rights, with a focus on addressing discrimination through development efforts. Responsibilities may include programme/project design and management, policy advice to national authorities, resource mobilization, training, and programme evaluations. The scope of work encompasses a diverse range of tasks tailored to specific contexts, contributing to the implementation of the Humanitarian Development Peace (HDP) Nexus and the SDGs.

Who Can Apply/Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a master’s degree or equivalent in relevant social science fields, such as law, international relations, or development studies, along with a minimum of five years’ experience. Alternatively, candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and seven years’ experience are eligible. Female applicants and individuals from the Global South are strongly encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in English is essential, with proficiency in Arabic, French, or Spanish preferred. Fluency in Russian or Portuguese is advantageous.
