Get direct access to the UN with this unique training programme. The programme combines expert-led lectures, practical workshops, multilateral conferences, guided tours, and career development sessions. Participants will engage with staff and representatives from key Geneva-based institutions, including the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the World Trade Organization (WTO), and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). These interactions offer a clear and practical understanding of how international organizations operate.

Throughout the week, participants explore the UN’s work in peace and security, human rights, humanitarian action, and sustainable development. Training in negotiation, conference diplomacy, leadership, and UN career skills equips participants with tools to navigate professional pathways within the multilateral system.

Each field visit admits a maximum of 30 participants. Limited scholarships are available.
