Rare Opportunity: UNICEF recruits Youth Engagement Associate Project Officer (P-1)

UNICEF is hiring a qualified Youth Engagement Associate Project Officer located in Managua, Nicaragua.

He/She will support a rights-based program approach in the formulation of program goals and objectives and development of strategies and implementation frameworks.

Additionally the successful candidate will undertake field visits to monitor and assess youth volunteering strategy implementation and decide on required corrective action.

Also the successful candidate will facilitate partnership and collaboration with internal and external counterparts, including those of the UN and national partners, to improve the ability to collect and disseminate development data and information, exchange information on program status and implementation.

She/He will have a university degree in one of the following fields is required: Social Sciences, International Relations, Government, Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Policy, Social Development, Community Development, or another relevant technical field.

A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience in related field is required to apply for this position.
