UNDP recruits Procurement Analyst (P2)

The United Nations Development Programme in New York, United States is currently accepting applications for a Procurement Analyst position. Applications for this contract position will be considered through May 15, 2019.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate procurement processes for specified deliverables.

This will include the development and oversight of effective procurement procedures and protocol with relation to proposals, monitoring, and management of procurement services.

Incumbent will utilize source strategies as outlined by the current UN program statements.

This position requires a Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Economics or related field and at least two years of related procurement management experience on a national or international level.

Candidates should be fluent in English on an oral and written level and, a working knowledge of other UN official languages is preferred.

Qualified candidates will have obtained the UNDP Procurement Certification Programme (CIPS3) or its equivalent.
