He/She will ensure the daily assistance to persons seeking legal assistance, counsels (including legal representatives of victims) and their teams; Additionally the successful candidate will coordinate and liaise with relevant sections and ensure, administrative and logistical support required for the appropriate performance of their functions. Also the successful candidate will prepare draft legal or policy documents to be submitted to a variety of organs (Chambers, Presidency, Assembly of States Parties or its committees and working groups) on the issues expressed above, as required; She/He will have an advanced university degree in law from a recognized institution. Two years of relevant work experience required for candidates with first level university degree are required to apply for this position. Project Officer

The World Health Organisation is hiring a qualified Project Officer located in Djibouti. He/She will assist with the development of work plans, including timeframes and activity cost estimates, project proposals and budgets, tracking and monitoring project implementation using project tracking systems, including monitoring cost changes, expenditure to date, rate of expenditure, and costs to complete. Additionally the successful candidate will monitor delays in project implementation and expenditures, bringing such to the supervisor’s attention and the coordinator, proposing action with a view to negotiate project extensions as necessary, reprogramming and rescheduling budgets and activities as appropriate and in accordance with donors’ agreements and WHO/HAC practices and procedures. Also the successful candidate will track the status of all emergency project proposals from drafting stage to their final acceptance or rejection by donors. She/He will have a University degree (BA or equivalent) in management, project management, business administration or a relevant combination of professional and academic qualifications. At least two years’ experience in administrative work in support of project management, at national or international level, in WHO, the UN System, a governmental or non-governmental organization are required to apply for this position.
