Regional Policy and Programme Assistant

The International Organization for Migration is offering a position as Regional Policy and Programme Assistant based in Brussels, Belgium. He/She will provide effective support to the daily work of the RTS team. If and when delegated by the RTSs extend support to country offices’ project development, primary review for approval for submission/endorsement, report reviewing, with a particular attention on the development, follow up and reporting on EU community actions and centrally funded/managed projects. The successful candidate will also support LHD/MAD RTSs in thematic knowledge sharing and regional knowledge management efforts, including through the participation in production and maintaining of knowledge management tools. Also the successful candidate will support LHD/MAD RTSs in monitoring, and briefing on EU policy developments in the respective thematic areas. She/He will have an University Degree in European studies, international relations, political science, law, business administration. Three years of relevant professional experience including direct experience with and exposure to the EU environment related to migration both in terms of liaison and resource mobilisation or administrative support are required to apply for this position. Communications Assistant

ARTICLE 19 is offering a position as Communications Assistant based in London. He/She will assist the administration of ARTICLE 19’s communications outputs, including creating, researching, and editing content, and disseminating it through a variety of online tools. Among the duties of this position is furthermore to coordinate the production cycle of ARTICLE 19 print publications, such as policy briefs and country reports. This includes briefing contractors, working with programme and regional teams to submit copy on time, arranging proofing, translation, design and print. The successful applicant will also assist in communicating complex legal messaging via accessible content for wider audiences. She/He will have a post graduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
