The main responsibility of the Education Technical Adviser is to design and implement improved education programs for children. The duties of this position include introducing and developing clear strategies and operation plans, identifying fundraising needs, as well as providing technical support to the educational sector, not only in the base location but in areas all over Lebanon. The Candidate must have a master’s degree in education, development, and/or another relevant field; at least five years experience in a technical leadership role, proven experience in Educating in Emergency (EIE), and previous management experience in an NGO or other humanitarian environments. The Senior Professional must advise OSCE strategies on human rights issues and alleged violations.
