Are you a collaborative and self-motivated bilingual administrative professional with a great desire to ensure procedures and systems are designed and implemented effectively?

We are looking for an Administrative and Operations Coordinator to work with a small, agile and multicultural team advocating globally for social justice, promoting economic, social and cultural rights, combating inequality and promoting gender justice.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrator in civil associations, foundations or the government sector.

  • Experience in payroll and financial accounting roles.

  • Work experience in a similar role, preferably in an international and/or non-governmental organization with an international and multicultural environment.

  • Experience with digital tools for administration, finance and accounting (such as CONTPAQI, SAP).

  • Written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish (essential). Additional French is an asset.

  • Collaborative personality with dedication to teamwork. Good sense of humor, flexibility and an overall good disposition.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to contribute positively as a team member.

  • Disposition to find innovative tools and approaches that fit the specific requirements of a relatively small organization, with presences in various countries and with a flexible and agile team.
