The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights is offering a position as Associate Legal Officer (P-2) located in Warsaw. He/She will design proposals and draft concept notes on democratic law-making activities (meaning activities relating to regulatory reform), while monitoring and following related developments in the OSCE region. Among the duties of this position is furthermore to develop and implement democratic law-making activities and projects in OSCE participating States. Also the successful candidate will raise awareness of commitments in this field among participating States and OSCE field operations with a view to obtaining requests for assistance. She/He will have a University degree in Law, ideally with a specialization in human rights law or other international law topics. A minimum of four years of professional work experience in law, including public administration, two of which on the international level are required to apply for this position.
