The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations is currently accepting applications for interns who are interested in working at the organization’s headquarters or one of their offices located around the world. Interns receive a monthly stipend of $700 and gain valuable working experience in an international organization. Positions may last from 3 to 6 months, and in some cases, sponsorships that cover housing and other expenses may be awarded along with the internship. To qualify for a position, applicants must be no more than 30 years of age. Applicants must also have either recently graduated from college or have at least 2 years of undergraduate education and be currently enrolled at an accredited post-secondary school. Background in a field related to the mission of the organization is also required.
